Today was a scheduled rest day on the program. I took full advantage of it by playing with my kids and hanging out with my wife. Watched some football too.
Back in gear tomorrow. See you then!

Man this first week flew by. I hope all the others go by as quick!! I am not particularly sore so i am happy about that. Looking forward to getting in deep this week now that I should have most of these excercises down pat!!
