Day 28- Rest Day

Today is a scheduled rest day. I plan on hanging out with the kids and taking it easy after yesterday.

Keep up the good work buddy. Man sounds like ya may have lost your mind doing those workouts back to back. However, I am a little OCD and would probably have done the same thing. I just finished up core synergistics today and am on to yoga X tommorrow! Keep up the good work can't wait to post my day 30 photos! I have already lost about 6 lbs!

Thanks Matt. I orignally lost about 7 pounds, but I've gained a little back. However, my clothes are fitting different. My waist is smaller (a notch tighter on the belt), and the colers on my shirts are't as tight.

Doing those two back to back were very tough. But I needed that sense of completion.
