Today is a scheduled rest day. So I will not be doing anything.
Over the next three weeks, I have soccer on Tuesday nights. As such, I will be adjusting the workout order slightly. I will now move my Yoga workout to Tuesdays since it is low impact. And I will move the Tuesday workout (currently back and biceps) to Wednesdays.
Yeah, that was Stupid ...

You should still do the AB ripper on Tuesdays since yoga sucks ass and you are still giving the abs enough rest time.
