Day 60 Photos







Here are my pics. I tried editing them the best I could. To remind you, when the Day 1 pics were taken, I weighed 213 lbs. At Day 60 I weigh 199.5. I can see my love handles are smaller and I'm tighter overall. I'm fairly pleased with the results so far. But I gotta keep pushing play!

I can also see that you firmed up a lot. You look a lot stronger than day 1. Also, leaner around the face and neck. Keep it up.

Can't wait to see your day 90 pictures.

Wow, your upper chest is looking good. You can see alot more definition around your oblique area and your arms look like rocks...keep up the good wrk! Here is a post from me yesterday:
Just did Day 58 Plyo. I also did Cardio X at 4 this morning. I knew that today would be a test for me....my right knee has been feeling especially tight and strained.....So I went ahead and did the majority of plyo. The excercises that bothered it were the circle run(I think b/c my body was pivoting and my leg was still on the ground leaving my knee twisting to try to catch up) The rock star hops on the knee tuck part and the knee tuck jump. The funny thing is the high knees football hero thing at the very end didn't really bother me. I think it was because i was concentrating more on bringing my qauds toward my chest then raising my knees up. So after a set of attempting the ones that i was incapable of I did jumping jacks and vertical leaps in their place. So I was still moving around the whole time. I guess things could be alot worse I could have messed up my knee where I was incapable of doing any of the jumping. I'm going to rotate hot/cold on it tonight just for good measure and leave those excercises alone until my 2nd round. Just wanted to keep u updated
