Thursday's workout was Legs and Back. About halfway through the routine I realized I was sick. Not sick because I was pushing too hard, but actually SICK. My head was pounding and snot was running down my face uncontrollably.
I did my best to fight through the workout. I'm not going to lie- I didn't finish some of the moves. And I didn't do Ab Ripper after. I was too tired/sick.
After finishing what I could, I went to bed.
My plan is to add Ab Ripper X after Kenpo on Friday.
Yeah, that was Stupid ...

Mike,
I hope you'll feel better tomorrow. Don't over do it if you're not up to it. You need all the strength you have to fight your illness. Be kind to yourself and rest up.
